This was my first time shipping a vehicle and Nathaniel was perfect. I could contact him any time if I had any questions and he was honest about prices, policies, etc. Once I had the funds to dispatch a driver the process was pretty fast- got a couple of calls an hour later telling me there were trucks in the area to pick my car up. The truck was a day late picking up my car but they still arrived on the expected drop off date. I am pleased with the service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
