My wife and I relocated from SF to Boston. From day 1 when we connected with Nathan who provided the original quote and then all through the process with Tiffany who checked in to ensure we were satisfied at pick-up and delivery, we were completely satisfied. The original quote was the price we paid and the dates we needed to move were the dates that were accommodated. Each interaction was extremely professional and courteous. We would recommend DIY to anyone looking to take on such an adventure.
