This place gets a star because they did, in fact, get my car to me. This place gets no more than one star because they did not get it to me at the price we agreed on in the timeframe we agreed to and they did not communicate with me well about it. I had to follow up multiple times to get anyone to give me a real update. I heard them blame drivers over an over again. Then, finally when I said it was costing me real money NOT to have my car, they said if I agreed to offer more that they could probably get it to me sooner. That's what a bait and switch is. So these folks, basically, do a bait and switch. When I talked with the driver that busted his butt to get it across the country to me in the unreasonable timeframe DIY transport proposed to him (following the unmeetable expectations they set up for me) he described they way they do it. They promise you a timeframe and a price. Then they farm that out to drivers and when they can't get your price met, they squeeze you for more. The name says it all - you may as well DIY. Look up actual shippers and talk with them directly. I wouldn't leave this review publicly except, after multiple requests to stop emailing and calling me for a review, they continue to do so. So here's the review: Do It Yourself.
