I spoke with Charity about transporting my vehicle from Nevada to Nebraska. I gave her more than enough time to get a carrier assigned. I contacted or tried to contact her on the first day. She stated they were still searching. By the third day I was getting concerned because still no word from her. She had my credit card information but NO carrier. I asked her several times via email to cancel my request. I kept receiving an automated response. This company is just NOT reliable. I ended up finding a company who literally within hours of phone contact had my car shipped and it is now on its way to me.
