The agent I worked with was extremely nice and professional. I was not happy over all with my experience. I ended up paying $500 more than originally quoted. The 1st transport driver said my car was disabled (not true) 2nd and final transport driver said he drove my car right onto his truck. Because the 1st driver didn’t pickup the car, it was 15 days before DIY got a driver. This cost me $200 in lot fees. I was originally quoted $900 but ended up paying $1200 to get a driver.
