My experience with DIY first began with emails & phone calls from Nicky at an Ohio office. He explained to me how his company handled car hauling. I chose DIY to oversee my car being transported from Brandon,MS to Reno, NV. Nicky stayed in touch with me during the time my car was being transported and got my car here a day before the projected delivery date. The driver that delivered my car was very nice and he also started communicating with me the day before delivery. My car was in perfect shape and I became another happy customer. I felt that Nicky was very honest with me about what his company could do and his company came through and actually did what was promised.
