I scheduled a car pick-up from my old house to my new house, (2100 miles away) two weeks ahead of time, they failed to do so, i had to take my car to a terminal for them, it sat there for almost two weeks, nobody communicated with me, they had nothing but excuses, i had to spend over $400 on a rental car when I got to my new home, they wanted more money than what i was quoted, once my car was picked up (almost 2-weeks late) it was delivered by drivers who were courteous and professional, but DIY Transport was terrible, DIY literally means DO IT YOURSELF Transport, I will never use any transport company again, not worth it, piss poor communication, very bad customer service!!!!
