My uncle asked to find a company to ship his 1972 Mercedes from CA toTX. I had originally contacted another company that $150 cheaper than DNA. However, after 3 weeks of trying to arrange a transport truck for pick up I gave up on them & contacted Dominic at DNA. He understood my plight & guaranteed it wouldn't take 3 weeks. When my uncle was finally prepared to ship his vehicle, it took about a week to arrange for driver for pick up. The drive, Serge, arrived on time in CA for pick up and called me in transit. It was a Friday afternoon and he said he arrive at 5 pm on Sunday in TX. A man of his word, he arrived at the designated drop off location at exactly 5pm
Dom ' s professionalism in addressing our questions & concerns was exceptional. The entire operation went flawless. I applaud DNA Transport, Dominic & Serge for their excellent customer service, professionalism & dedication to provided a quality service. Thank again.
