This was my first time shipping my car across country. As a single older woman, with nobody who has personally experienced this kind of shipment, I was nervous about the entire process. I had received numerous communications from several different brokers and not knowing who was real or if I was being scammed. I actually lost $100 deposit to the first company I have chosen.
For some reason, Dominic was easy to communicate with, very reassuring, and followed up easily throughout the process. My car was transported by a small car carrying truck from MA to NJ, and then shipped in an enclosed train car to the west coast. Nice! The pick up schedule was easy and on time with great communication from the eas and west coast truck drivers. As a result of the top-notch delivery to the West Coast, I booked through Dominic again for the return trip. Dom explained that the trains don't carry personal cars east. They are filled with commercial business cargo. So my car traveled east on a regular open truck carrier. I watched the driver throughout the entire process of getting my car onto the truck. Very, very impressive. The driver earned my tip just based on witnessing that careful process. The driver and I communicated nonstop on the MA delivery end. It was smooth and easy for both of us.
