Eileen was my point of contact the entire time. I was able to ship my car exclusively through email contact as I was traveling abroad. I didn't give her ample time for my specific delivery date but she was able to pull it altogether extremely efficiently. She was always on top of the process and was very responsive to my inquiries. If I needed an update, Eileen can always give it to me immediately. It was a great pleasure doing business with her. I will continue to use the same company when I need to ship my car again.
