We extremely saddened to hear your experience was anything short of amazing. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and if we fell short I hope you'll accept our most sincere apologies. If it was an issue with the carrier we will be sure not to use that carrier again. If it was an internal issue we will be sure to handle it accordingly.
