I contracted with DRS Transport to move my car from Savannah, GA to Cape Cod, MA 2 weeks in advance of having to leave Savannah. The .agent was MIke T. Their quote was in the middle of the range of quotes I received and they had very good ratings on Transport Reviews. After not hearing anything for a week I checked in and was told not to worry it was too soon for drivers to make commitments. Mike T promised to keep me informed. As we got closer and closer to the departure date I had to always call Mike in spite of his assurances he would get back to me within 24 hours. Two days before departure the story hadn't changed. When I gave him a deadline on coming up with a commitment to transport my car, he hung up on me. I cancelled our arrangement and contracted with Mercury Auto Transport who communicated with me constantly and fulfilled my order within 48 hours.
