We tried to help this gentleman, and found a carrier. He gave us an incorrect phone number on his order and we could not reach him in the beginning with no response by phone or email. Finally, that was resolved and we found another carrier. There was no response for a few days, then responded of a loss in his family, so we tried again. Then his email was changed and we were unaware at first. He began responding with questions we had already answered, yet we answered again, of course. His responses were very confusing for us and when we began to ask questions, he seemed very agitated. We found a carrier, but it was not acceptable for him at that point. In the end, he chose to go with someone else, then he didn't want to abide by the terms and conditions he had signed on his refund, then became threatening with responses. We did the best we could in explaining all along, in the situation There was nothing more we could do and his money was refunded minus the fees spelled out in the terms and conditions. We are certainly sorry he felt he had a bad experience, but we did all we could do. We have many customers who are very happy with our service. We had to do our best to honor the contract, it was all we could do in the situation.
