Today is the 15th day that DAS has had possession of my vehicle and according to customer service it has only traveled from Jacksonville FL to GEORGIA! I was originally told by Tyler London that if I got my car to their pick-up location on 3/26 it would be in Tucson, AZ by 4/4, my requested date. I received an email on 4/3 telling me that the car had finally "moved". Today (4/11/14), one week more, I called and was told the car is still in Georgia. Their estimated arrival date is Sunday (4/13) which is clearly another lie since it's virtually impossible that it will only take 2 days to cross country after it's taken 15 days to move 100 miles. This is one of the shadiest companies I have ever worked with. As a veteran mover (this is my 12th interstate move) I have dealt with movers and car shippers many times. Most of those experiences were either average or excellent, never poor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and scammers and ultimately you will go through the same b/s that I'm encountering.
