I called early (9 am eastern) not knowing it was a CA number, and within a half hour Steven returned my call. He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. Although Steven said he would give us 24 hours notice before the pick up (as we were 100 miles away from the car) I received a call from someone (I do not remember his name) saying that they were picking it up that same afternoon. Fortunately, we were there, and the pick up transpired without any major problems. However, that evening at the time of the pick up I needed to reach Steven because the driver was not aware that the cost was going to be charged. It was a Saturday evening, Steven answered his cell, spoke to the driver and called me back. Problem taken care of. It was a pleasure using your company, and we plan to do so again in the future. I have already recommended Dash.
