Poor communications, poor service, costing more than agreed

DASH, the broker service was a problem to deal with. I was told by Gilbert that I would be contacted as soon as transport was secured. Steven would be my agent. He was difficult to get a hold of and not once did he return my calls. Several days after the last day that a pickup was to occur I finally dealt with Gibert again who, for an extra $200 could arrange transportation after I was to perform some shady renogatiation with Steven. He did, after 2 or 3 days find transport.

The actual transport company was on time and were easy to deal with.

Leigh with all do respect we informed you from the first available date that loads going in and out of WA, OR, UT, No.CA, ID & MT were incurring longer than expected delays during this time of the year. Dispatch also got a hold of you to inform you about your order as well as Gilbert and Steven. I'm sorry that your order didn't go quite as planned, but based on the time of season and weather conditions it did get picked up in a reasonable amount of time.
