DO NOT USE THIS MOVER IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL MOVE. I moved a brand new mini cooper from seattle to austin in June 2007. I used Dash Auto Movers who let US Auto Transport move my car. They delayed the deliver by several days. Nobody called me to inform me that the delivery is delayed despite leaving voice mails. Finally they dropped the car in a very bad state with so much dirt and heavy damage. Nobody explained to me the reason for the damage. The person who dropped off the car was very rude and he infact refused to mark down the damages in the bill of lading. I have tried calling to process the claim for several months. No luck.
