I recommend not using this company or the services of Car City Express. My vehicle took 12 days to be transported and came back with a missing wind deflector on the front hood, receipts in the truck from pep boys and wendys dated a day after I gave them the vehicle, and the drivers side door was full of greasy handprints. My vehicle was dropped off at 9pm at night-not ideal for inspecting a vehicle and you don't get the key until after you sign for delivery and pay. Neither one of these companies responded to phone calls during the transport or after.
