This was my first experience transporting a car. I bought a car for my husband as a surprise and was very worried about how I was going to get this vehicle from Oregon to Minnesota. I requested quotes from six different companies from online and found DASH to be the least expensive. In talking with all six companies, I found Steven Nap at DASH to be the most caring and reassuring compared to the other companies. Steven Nap's focus was to set my mind at ease that DASH would take care of everything. Steven Nap gave me very easy to follow step by step instructions to make this transport work well. Pick up and delivery was earily than stated :)! When it came time to have the car picked up, the transporter worked with the work schedule of the gentleman releasing the car. When I inquired about transporting the car the $889 quote was for an open carrier. One of the carriers that DASH works with offered to deliver the car in his enclosed carrier at no additional cost! To me this says something about DASH and the carriers they work with. Although I know that transporting the car in an enclosed carrier at no additional cost was a rare opportunity, I would difinitely use DASH without shopping around. Their customer service is second to none!
