The carrier the broker selected, San Woo, besides being late on pick-up and delivery lost the key to my car during transport. Apparently, the driver left the keys to three cars including mine on the trailer after unloading a car. He then drove off, and the keys got lost on his way to the next destination. I drive a Jaguar, so that mistake cost $416 to replace the key. The driver said he and his company would pay for the replacement of my key. I sent them the invoice back in September for reimbursement and still have not been reimbursed. I call every week and have sent numerous letters. Do not use this company - their service is terrible and they do not keep their promises.
