Very poor service by Dash Auto

Just a horrible experience and nightmare. Never deal with this transport company. They were quick to take money out of my creadit card but subsequently I had a horrible time following up. They put you on hold for upto half hour and after making you listen to music they take your complaint down and tell you they will get back in fifteen minutes. The fiftenn minutes never happen. You wait for a day and call back and the same process repeates. Hold, music, note and call back, no repsonse ever.
After waiting for over two weeks for my car to be picked up I decided to cancel. Even to cancel, it was the same process...hold, music, wait half hour, give up!
I finally sent them an email stating I am cancelling. In my mind I thought they are not going to give back my money charged to my credit card but what the heck! I don't give a damn!
I am not sure yet if they refunded my advance or not but I am not going to call them since they are hopeless, just hopeless! Bah!!!
Worst experience in my life!!!

Incidentally, I contacted ACE Auto Transport. They were simply excellent in terms of pickup, delivery, promptness in repsonding to queries and honesty.

Shashi we're sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience with DASH. On the other hand we never put our clients on hold for more than 5 to 10 minutes depending on how many calls we're receiving at any given time. We followed up with this customer on several different occasions, and even when talking with him on the phone he was being difficult and had unreal expectations on when he wanted the vehicle picked up. We tried to be as flexible as possible given the available time frame that we had to work with.
