Shashi we're sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience with DASH. On the other hand we never put our clients on hold for more than 5 to 10 minutes depending on how many calls we're receiving at any given time. We followed up with this customer on several different occasions, and even when talking with him on the phone he was being difficult and had unreal expectations on when he wanted the vehicle picked up. We tried to be as flexible as possible given the available time frame that we had to work with.
