Three weeks before a pick up time given. I called , during that time because I had not heard anything. They did not know how long it would take. Out of the blue , after three weeks of waiting,I received a phone call stating they wanted to ship that day. I provided instructions on when the pick up had to be, as no one would be there prior to that time. Driver went there anyway, before pick up time. He said he would come back they following day but conveniently his "truck brokedown" and he would not answer his phone. I found out when I called the dispatcher. Dispatcher was rude and hung up the phone on me when I tried to get details on my order.
Bottom line....avoid this "company"!!!
