Just Forget It-

I contacted Dealer to Dealer 3-weeks in advance to arrange for the shipment of my car from Naples to North Carolina. I was informed that the pickup up would be May 17th, 18th or 19th and that they would give me 24 hours advanced notice. So having heard nothing from them, I called them on the 17th and was informed that they were still looking for a truck and would give us 24 hours notice.

So late in the afternoon of the 18th we called once again- but this time we were informed that it would now be Thursday, May 20th. Good thing we called as we would have never known as no one ever informed us that it was now going to be Thursday or even it the day was OK.

We contacted our Home Watch Company and made arrangements for them to be on standby all day Thursday, May 21st to assist Dealer to Dealer with the pick up of our car- and we left for North Carolina. But on Thursday evening, we received a message from our Home Watch that they had never received a call from the Company on Thursday to pick up the car.

Once again, a call was initiated by us to Dealer to Dealer. This time we were told that the driver was in the hospital and they were now going to pick up the car Monday or Tuesday, May 25th or 26th. Again, no one ever called us to see if that was convenient/or if the change was OK. We just told them to forget it! Thankfully this was going to be a second car for our use and not our sole transportation.

This Company has "ZERO" concern for the inconvenience of the customer but the worst part is the "ZERO" communication to the customer. Thankfully we experienced enough of their baloney to say forget it BEFORE they got around to picking up our vehicle! These folks wrote the book on baloney!
