Thanks for your feedback. But if you would have understood how the auto shipping industry works, I am sure your reaction would be way different.
All auto shipping brokers provide quote based on their estimation according to their experience and by looking at the load board. But since we are not the carrier, there is no guarantee carrier will agree on our quoted price. If carrier asks for higher amount, we ask our customer. If customer agrees, then only we dispatch the shipment, otherwise not. We informed you about carrier's price and dispatched as you agreed.
All carriers wanted to be paid by cash or certified checks. No carrier accepts credit card. This is not in our control, carriers run their business this way.
I understand you are not happy with late pickup. This happened due to carrier. You have to understand things can happen, but carrier should have called you about the issue they are having. But as soon as you called me at late night, we called carrier right away and connected you with the carrier and informed about their situation and new pick up time. We provided you late night service from our side, but couldn't make you happy. I am glad you received your car on time.
