This company contracted to pick up a car on a certain day. After not hearing from them, I called to find out if they had done so and was informed that they had not picked it up but they would pick it up 3 days later, which they did not. They continued to stall and were not professional at all. Every time I called after they promised to send my deposit back because their truck had broken down, and they still hadn't picked up the vehicle, they gave me some excuse until I had to have the charges refunded to my credit card by my financial institution I would not recommend them to anyone. I would give them zeros in all areas, but they didn't show up on the survey.
