Vehicle not picked up as promised, no call returns as promised, renegging on the quote.

I cannot say a single positive word about this company. Matt Santinello promised a pickup date of 1/24/17. That did not happen and he assured me the driver was on his way. He promised to call me right back and to date I have not heard a word from him. I called the direct number and William Blair assured me that was not how they do business and "looked it up" while I waited. He told me that a driver was assigned but had not checked in recently and he would call me within the hour with the drivers phone number. Days later, I'm still waiting and they will not answer my phone calls. They are aware that the vehicle was purchased from a federal agency and I am dealing with a strict time limit to remove the vehicle from their property. I am now subject to daily fees.

I cannot comprehend how a company can be so universally disreputable and dishonest with their customers. Would I recommend them? Hell no! William actually told me that Matt had misinformed me and a driver was never assigned. He then went as far as asking me to pay an additional $50 and would call me right back. Again, that was several days ago. It is apparent that this is their normal business practice and have no problem lying to get your credit card number. What a nightmare! My advice- AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

DEPENDABLE AUTO MOVE? Absolutely not.

As you all know, I cannot even hire another company because my name and location are in the nation wide "system", so nobody else will even talk to me unless I can get "off the board". I CANNOT STAND LIARS!
