Received a phone call from this broker after inquiring about a vehicle transport. I was told that other companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then "bait & switch". This is exactly what happened here. I was told the vehicle would be picked up at 4:00 on a Thursday, after waiting until 5:00 and no correspondence i called and was told the car could not be picked up but would be there at 8:00 sharp the next morning. Again, no show. Got a hold of the driver that told me they were 30 minutes away at 2:00. 4:00 still no driver. Finally 25 hours late they showed up. **no communication** directly lied to. Never again
