To make this short, we were dealing with a sudden relocation from AZ to FL and had an unpleasant experience with A AAAdvantage Auto Transport's driver shipping our first car. Our first experience with this company years ago was pleasant. The driver from A.C.A. Auto Transport was more concerned about the other cars on the trailer (among other things) as if our 2007 auto was shipping for free! His demeanor was unprofessional from the moment he picked up the auto, and at that point, we realized we were in trouble.

After that horrible experience, we did our homework and reached out to Dependable. Sara and Kim were very courteous and a pleasure to speak to. Considering the timeframe and having to fly back to AZ to wrap up our move and shipment of our second car, Dependable was on target with the pick up date and reliable. Dependable's driver, Rick, kept in touch, was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak to also. We will definitely keep Dependable in mind when we're ready to return to Arizona.
