We do realize that moving is a stressful time, and we are sorry for the inconvenience to our customer. We do tell all of our customers that the remaining balance can be paid to the driver in cash or cashier's check on delivery. We also explain that the deposit is our brokerage fee and the remaining amount is the driver's money for transporting the vehicle. If the driver only accepts cash, they usually let us know and we inform the customer before the vehicle arrives. We were not made aware of this situation until it was too late for the customer to go back to the bank. I do not understand the customer feeling that we do not care. We are here to help with all aspects of the transport & at any time. If we are made aware of a situation, we try to resolve it immediately.
