All of the girls at Dependable Auto Movers were a pleasure to deal with. Our several phone conversations were always courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I had received many price quotes from other companies. The pricing ranged from $725 to over $1,300. Dependable was low to mid-range. The few prices on the low end did not get good reviews and I found them not as easy to deal with. For these reasons I did not consider them. Dependable kept me well informed during the entire process of the transport. They returned my calls and emails. When the vehicle was to be picked up, the driver gave us enough advance notice to make the necessary arrangements. The driver also called us once he was in the New Jersey area to let us know his exact location and how long it would be before the vehicle would be delivered to its final destination. In our particular situation the vehicle could not be delivered to the original planned destination point due to a problem with the size of the truck and the road turn around. But, due to the willingness and cooperation of the driver. everything worked out even better than planned. So, to all the girls at Dependable . . . . BRAVO for a job well done!!!!!
