My car needed to be moved from Rhode Island to Florida. The people I spoke with at Dependable Auto Movers were very helpful when I first contacted them and answered all of my questions. After all of the research I had done on other auto moving companies, I was very nervous about the process and they helped to reassure me that they would move my car safely. I paid my deposit of $125 that morning, and before the end of the business day I already had an e-mail from Freighport Inc. confirming that they would pick up my car on or around the day that I had requested! The truck driver Alex actually ended up coming a day early, but he did call me in advance and had no problem changing his pick-up time to slightly later in the day for my convenience. The truck actually couldn't make it down my street, but Alex walked directly to my front door to pick up the car! The car made it to Florida two days later with no scratches, dents or damage. Once again, the truck couldn't make it down the street (it's a tiny neighborhood) but Alex called in advance and scheduled a convenient place (literally right down the road) where I could pick up my car. I would highly recommend using this company. They gave me a great price, and my car arrived in perfect condition.
