I had to move quickly to Texas, and could not deal with the standard week-long pickup window that every shipper seems to quote. The customer service people worked with me to get a narrower pickup window that fit my schedule, and were always polite and quick to call me back. The car arrived in the same condition I left it, other than being significantly dirtier. No complaints. I would use this shipper again.
