I have no issues whatsoever with this service. I called them on Thursday to have my car shipped from Boston to Houston. The rep said that she will call me back when a driver is available. And she called me in a little while to let me know that the driver over there is ready to pick up my car. They picked up my car the next day and was delivered to me in Houston in 4 days time.
