When my vehicle was ready I contacted the auto movers, I e-mailed them on 9/25 at night and told them the vehicle would be ready the next day. When I got home from work the next day I checked my e-mail and was informed that the car was going to be picked up that very day...i was quite amazed it was that fast. The car was being picked up at my mother's house in Florida, so i immediately called her to see if she had heard anything from them and at that time ((4:30) she had not, so I told her that they would be there, and to clean out the car, and hour later she phoned to say he was on his way. The car was in Massachusetts 3 days later.

My only problem was that the driver was only given my cell phone as a number and when i am at home i turn my phone off and use the house phone..the car arrived the night before it was scheduled and the driver could not get a hold of me.
