My car got here safely and it was even earlier than I expected, so that was nice. But, I was charged extra by the trucking co. for having personal items in my car even though I was told that I could have upto 100 pounds. Just be prepared to pay a bit extra if you have stuff in your car because every truck co. is different. Also, I was able to negotiate the extra amount from $100 to $55.
The customer service was very nice. They returned my phone calls and e-mails very promptly.
