Overall we were very pleased with the service. The folks in California were outstanding. I could not have been more comfortable dropping off the car.
On the pick up site in Manassas, Virginia, however, I was disappointed that they refused to wash the car without an additional payment. We were told it would be washed and to remember to ask them for that. I think it was just a cheap shot on the part of the Manassas drop point.
