Our car sat in WA for 2 weeks before it was even loaded onto a truck. Once the car arrived in FL, items were stolen from inside including a 42" flat screen TV. The TV was burried under a lot of clothing and other personal items, so someone had to rumage through the car to find the TV. Also, the car smelled like cigarette smoke and there were ashes on the floor. The trucking company gave us a credit to get the car cleaned, but will not address the items stolen. They said it was our fault for putting the items in the car, however; the car was accepted that way and there was never a mention that there shouldn't be anything in it! I have called every month since Sept and they tell me they are investigating. I will give them 30 more days before I file a complaint with the BBB!!
