Shipping delays and no follow up with progress

Car was picked up several hours after appointment time and was taken to a storage lot near by in Texas. It has remained unmoved in the lot since Feb 28th with no update or indication by DAS of when it would be on its way to Washington. Even with several calls to DAS I have not been provided any updates to the timeframe or when the car would be on its way.

I was told that AFTER my scheduled delivery date if the car was not here I could call to have it looked further into.

Expected more follow up and promptness in shipping, if I knew there would have been such a large delay and poor follow up I would have gone with another company.
