I took it upon myself to educate myself on the whole process of transporting. The original person of contact was able to point out other questions I could ask the competition transport companies. Things I did not think of.

I would have done with a little more friendly service during drop off, but it wasn't rude or bad....just very matter of fact and not very informative. I had to keep asking where I needed to be ("should I meet you in the garage?". "should I follow you to the car?" etc)

I wish the tracking online system would have worked. That was one of the options of DAS that made me feel safer. Unfortunately, the entire time it said it was still in CA even though it was one hour away from drop off in MI.

Car pickup could have been disastrous if I had not called to check on the arrival date. They informed me that I had to fax a letter stating the names of people that were allowed to pick it up (because it was early, my mom was out of town) that was inconvenient but I did it and it was fine.

Overall, they are trustworthy and dependable. A little more customer service would have made it an amazing experience!
