This company picked up my Classic Car without my authorization. It cost me an extra $170.00 to get my car from a towing company that Dependable Auto Shippers sent out to get my car. I have tried for two weeks to contact them. I have left two or three messages on their voice mail and waited on the phone for their customer service for up to 15 minutes at a time. I definately would not recommend anyone using this company...My Classic Car was to be transported in a closed carrier and they sent a tow truck out to get it.
