Arrangements made months in advance - when destination was changed, the company was unable to assure any on-time delivery and pickup after being told originally that even days in advance such info could be amended.

The change in information was provided well over a month in advance as well

Dependable is not the name that matches their apparent service. Order cancelled. Subsequent quotes lower priced as well.
