We have used DAS recently to transport a few cars across the country. For the majority of them, we have had an excellent experience. However, we are still waiting on our last shipment...we even left our sales rep. at least three voicemails in the last three days, and have yet to receive a phone call about where our vehicle is.

The online tracking function does not work. Again, we've told our sales rep. twice that the tracking option isn't working, and the company has yet to fix it.
