I was given a range for when the vehicle would arrive. It arrived that exact first day (although I was not expecting that) but it did.

I received a call my car had arrived Saturday at 11:30am. They closed at 12pm. Normally not a problem but it was memorial day weekend and I wouldnt be able to pick it up again until Tuesday.

I called and their customer service rep happened to be at the location where my car was. She waited for me to arrive (12:30) and had my car ready for me. This was HUGE as it saved me 4 more days of rental car costs.

Very good service, very nice of her to wait for me. She even had to rush off as waiting for me made her late for someting else.

I wish I could remember her name but it was the Mesquite, TX office.
