Excellent service, good price and early delivery

We moved from Olympia Washington to Surprise Arizona. We dropped off our car at the Lakewood Washington location on the Friday before we left. We were told that our car would arrive in seven to ten days. As we drove our second car to Arizona we checked the progress of our shipped vehicle. We noticed it was picked up on the first Monday after we dropped the car off. We checked on the vehicle when we arrived in Arizona and learned that the vehicle would arrive on the following day (almost five days early).

We checked (via the Internet) and learned that the car was in the Phoenix area (3.5 days after being loaded on to the truck) . We called on Friday to determine if we could pick up the car the following day. We learned that the local depot would not be open until Monday.

We "vacationed" during the weekend, leaving our hotel early Saturday morning. At 10:00 a.m. Saturday I received a call advising that we could pick up the car that day, however, we would need to be at the depot within 90-minutes. As we were nowhere near the depot, the car had to remain there until Monday. Although this was not a major issue, it was inconvenient. Indeed, this is the only "issue" we had with this transaction.

If I required the use of an auto transport company again, I would not hesitate to use (and recommend) DAS.
