I was very disappointed with DAS. And it was recommended by Suddath, a corporate mover ... The pickup was timely, but the delivery was atrocious. I had to repeatedly call about delivery- it hadn't even left Maryland after the due date of delivery (over 2 weeks later.).. It wasn't until I asked to speak with a manager that I even received a call back with an update from dispatch. I was also told when we booked the service that the delivery could be made in the evening (given that my husband and I are both physicians and have long and erratic hours...). This was total misinformation- delivery was only available 9am-230pm. Further, when the car finally did arrive, it was filthy inside! There was mud on the driver's side and backseat passenger mats (even though a paper mat had been furnished to the front for 'protection'). There had been wires under the drivers side dash that had also been knocked loose. Lastly, I am unable to work the right sided mirror with the electric controls. Overall, an awful experience. Would not recommend this company and definitely will not use it again.
