DAS, in my experience, has a well-organized system, their quote was very reasonable and the car was delivered without damage - and it had been washed. Those were the most important things to me. However, the agent I dealt with did not give me an estimated time for delivery. Knowing it's a three-day drive from Dallas to Los Angeles, I had thought it would take much less than the 11 days it took to receive the car. It sat for almost an entire week in their assembly yard in Dallas, which was disappointing. It was also very difficult to get a phone contact and number for the Los Angeles receiving yard.Had I been warned about the delivery time, I might have been more patient.
