The overall experience was good for my first cross country car shipment experience. Getting the pickup and drop off coordinated from across the country was fairly simple and stress free. Car arrived pretty much on time with no visible damage to the exterior or interior of the car.
My one complaint were items missing from the trunk. When the car was picked up the battery had died so they had to jump the car, with my own cables that came from an emergency roadside kit in the trunk. When the car arrived, the kit and cables were gone. I double checked with my friend who facilitated the pickup and she confirmed that they were both in the trunk when the car left Florida.
