Pickup was fine and process seemed to be very good, until my car sat at the origin terminal for over a week and a half, where it continues to sit... Customer service can't provide any information and refuse to allow you to speak to the dispatch terminal. After promises of the estimated delivery date being "much longer" than they would actually expect, it looks like the car may not even move by its deadline.
