Estimated delivery date was January 29th, I waited 3 days after to call and check the status of my vehicle shipment. The vehicle was in Georgia from the first of February until the 5th. I called on the 5th and they said my vehicle was on its way to Tampa and would arrive in the morning on the 6th! It did indeed arrive on the 6th in Tampa an hour from its destination then did not get delivered until the next evening. I had to call to schedule delivery, i feel as though if i had not called my vehicle probably would not have been delivered when it was! I noticed a few dents and scratches on the vehicle and two chips in my windshield as well as alignment issues.. I accepted the terms of your contract so I cant complain about the damage. I can however.. complain about the FACT there was zero oil in my truck and no one cared to let me know not to drive my vehicle until i put more oil in it because it was empty! Luckily i didnt blow my engine on my 26,000 dollar vehicle. I am very unsatisfied with your customer service and that i did not get updated on my vehicle since it didnt arrive near the estimated date what so ever. 3 days 5 days sure but 9 days.. thats not acceptable. I have 2 kids and a deployed husband, transportation is very important for me and my family. "dependable" YOU ARE NOT!
