My transfer took over 45 days just shipping time. I paid for the car in January and did not receive the car until April . . . The car took over 2 weeks just sitting at their facility on the west coast, then it started to move, slowly. Moved to TX, DAS home state, and sat for another 2 weeks before being assigned to a different driver. So basically your car is moved 2 times, a different driver takes it across the country, more moves = more time, trouble, chance to get damaged, etc. The car sat for 2 more weeks, I recieved nothing but apologies for weeks from DAS. READ the POSTS . . . unless you pay the DAS PREMIUM price your move will be intentionally slow and painful and you will be constantly pushed to pay for fixes to your car, storage fees, gas price hikes . . .etc . . . This place really really sucks. I am an attorney and I am going to contact the state attorney general, the number of complaints on this company is huge . . . they tried to tell me my car was not operating because the battery was dead and then they wanted to charge me to fix the battery . . .outrageous . . . sitting at their facility, battery dies, and they want to charge me. Miracilously when i refused, 2 days later, they said it started . . .wow . . . what a rip off. And I have contacted Ebay to take them off the list of vendors that show up as shippers . . .this type company needs to go out of business . . .
